Are your units dyno-tested?Yes, our units are dyno-tested under load to simulate the actual application conditions. Are your units built with the most recent updates?Yes, all of our units are built with the latest factory updates/improvements to optimize longevity & performance. Can you read electronic fault codes?Yes, our service department has the latest software to troubleshoot & diagnose your component. Do you do R&R's (removal and reinstallation)?Yes, in additional to component rebuilds, we can remove & replace your unit in our shop if you are not able to do so. Do you carry exchange units?Yes, we carry an extensive inventory of ready-to-go exchange units. Do you have a service truck?Yes, we have service trucks available 24/7 to get you up and running. Why is it important to use genuine parts?Genuine parts have some distinct advantages over other parts. Genuine manufacturer’s parts are engineered to meet the original factory specifications to ensure proper fit and function. Genuine parts are also updated to the latest factory specifications to increase unit effectiveness and efficiency so your equipment can meet the operational demands required. What oil should I put in my transmission? You should consult your OEM manual to see what type of oil is recommended by the manufacturer. If this information is not available, please contact our service department and they will determine the best oil for your application. Where are my pressure ports located and how do I test them? Each application is different. Please contact our service department and they can steer you in the right direction to properly determine the problem. Where is the information tag located?A metal tag is typically riveted directly onto the housing in a conspicuous area. Location will vary by make and model. What numbers do you need to identify my unit so I can order parts?Model number & spec number (aka assembly # or parts list #) will help us properly identify your unit. What is the difference between rebuilding and remanufacturing? Some service companies just take apart the failed component, repair what is damaged (often with non-genuine parts) and reassemble the unit without any testing. With our remanufactured units, we completely disassemble, clean, inspect all parts and cases, replace not only broken parts but also worn components with the latest factory engineered OEM components, and re-program control modules. Units are then dynotested under load conditions to ensure “like new†operation and durability. This comprehensive process ensures your unit meets or exceeds all OEM specifications ensuring a long, productive working life. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know! |
